Scree Runner is committed to providing quality products and a fair returns process.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Return Process

Before returning any product, please contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if relevant. Items returned without prior contact may be delayed in processing.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged through misuse, modification, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear unless otherwise required by law.
